Walnut

BLACK WALNUT – Juglans Nigra

Comparable to Cherry in hardness, Walnut is the only sustainable American wood species that is naturally dark in color, with a range of chocolate and chestnut patterns that stains cannot replicate. Unlike Cherry, however, Black Walnut supports a wider variety of colors within a single tree, ranging from espresso to purple and amber. The wood is sophisticated and distinctive with a natural fitness for modern and airy interiors. Ours is certified sustainably grown, kiln-dried and finished with our hand-rubbed oil blend.

Take a look at the gallery below for examples of real Walnut with our hand-rubbed oil finish.
