Browse the collection and choose your favorite designs. Consider existing architecture and finishes, and measure access points. Learn and benefit from the guidance of our designers on wood species, sizing, layout, and pairings.

2 QUOTE

Specify size, wood species and extras on your own or with a BFA expert. Stick to our natural hand-rubbed oil finish, or opt for satin or black, and select upholstery and handles.

3 ORDERING + LEAD TIME

Provide a 50% nonrefundable deposit to join the queue. Lead time varies, with 12 weeks typical for most orders. Enjoy status updates and even progress photos of your project. Your patience will be rewarded.

4 DELIVERY

Local deliveries are performed by BFA staff - as professional and neighborly as it gets. Tables and beds arrive disassembled, and we set up onsite. Nationwide shipping via white glove service or UPS is easy to set up.

1 DESIGN

Take inspiration from past builds, or bring your own ideas (CAD models and Pinterest boards are equally welcome). Work with an expert designer to optimize functionality and ensure long-term integrity. Book a design session.

2 ORDER

Provide 50% nonrefundable deposit toward a cost estimate. Lead time varies and depends on material selections, slab availability, and finishing time. Custom projects typically require 12-20 weeks.

3 EXPERIENCE

Choose from personalized slab selections, receive scale renderings, and visit the shop (once or over and over!) during the build. Specify the location of cuts, the position of details like butterfly joints and wireless charging, and integrate secondary and tertiary materials.

4 DELIVERY + INSTALLATION

Local deliveries are performed by BFA staff and installations are coordinated with a licensed, bonded and insured professional. Large pieces arrive disassembled, and we set everything up onsite. Nationwide shipping via white glove service or UPS is easy to set up.

1 REGISTER

Browse existing clients. Provide your business name and address, tax ID (if applicable), website and/or social links. Book an exploration session.

2 PLAN

Specify selections from the collection, augment custom designs or submit your own. If applicable, provide $250 custom design fee, rolled into purchase price. Volume orders are subject to special discounts and terms.

3 EXECUTE

Provide 50% nonrefundable deposit toward quote or estimate. Schedule a private tour of the showroom and workshop with your client, choose slab specimens and receive scale renderings and/or models.

4 DELIVERY + INSTALLATION

Receive delivery onsite or at a procurement center by BFA staff and/or certified installion professionals. Enjoy complimentary storage and special terms.
