Retail Associate
Part-time design and sales at the BFA showroom five days a week, 11a-4p, with Sunday and Monday off. As a valued member of our collaborative design team, you will leverage technology, tools, and resources innovatively, creating a rich and engaging experience to help customers craft homes they adore. Bring your motivation, energy, and passion for design. No experience required. Compensation starting at $22/h.
Social Whiz
Part-time with hours spent both remotely and at the BFA showroom in a flexible schedule. As a part of our design team, you bring a mind for visual messaging and a superb aesthetic eye. You will use these skills, plus analytics, metrics, and KPIs, to strategize, photograph, schedule, and share content via social channels. Paid experience not required. Compensation starting at $28/h.
Delivery Associate
Part-time delivery and workshop hours based at the BFA showroom nine to ten days a month on Wednesdays and Fridays with occasional work on weekends depending on your work-life balance. You are more than delivery staff - you will be a BFA ambassador and finalize a remarkable experience for clients. Deeply careful heavy lifting experience and a valid driver's license required. Compensation starting at $19/h.
Weekend Designer
Saturdays from 10a-6p at the BFA showroom, bringing your motivation, energy, and passion for design to in-person meetings and sales. 2+ years of experience in design sales required. You will leverage technology, tools, and resources innovatively to create a bridge between clients and weekday staff. Compensation starting at $25/h plus PTO and profit sharing.
Fabricator
Full-time at the BFA workshop five days a week from 9a-5p. You will be the newest signature on renowned BFA furniture, kept and loved for generations. Exacting attention to detail, meticulous time management skills, and a learner's mindset are essential. Submit a woodworking portfolio to be considered. Compensation based upon experience.
